We approach every project the same way…by first identifying it’s unique needs and challenges. This can only be done through communicating with all involved, including owners, consultants, as well as governing and permitting officials. Using this approach, we are able to gain consensus, work through obstacles and identify the best approach based on the project parameters. This equates to greater efficiency and a much smoother process throughout.

Throughout the project, the communication continues with owners, consultants and officials:

• We are proactive in keeping the owner informed of any ‘red flag’ items that crop up, allowing them to quickly report to their company and respond accordingly.
• To keep projects on schedule, we meet with our consultants to identify and address any issues before they become unpleasant surprises.
• Early discussions with building officials during the documentation phase helps to identify everything that needs to be included as the documents are being developed.
